Mission Statement

We are strong, caring, conservative women
dedicated to a sovereign, secure and prosperous
United States while serving and promoting the
conservative values of the Republican Party;
nominating and electing those candidates at
all levels of government, local, state and national.

History

The Houston County Republican Women’s group
was chartered in April, 1985. Since then, HCRW
has been active, viable, and effective in helping
elect quality candidates at the local, state, and
national levels.

The Objectives of the Houston County
Republican Women are to

•   Promote an informed electorate through
political education
•   Increase the effectiveness of women in the
cause of good government through active
political participation
•   Foster loyalty to the Republican Party and
so promote the Party’s principles and candidates
in all elections, including non-partisan
elections
•   Work for the election of the Republican
Party’s nominees
•   Support the objectives and policies of the
Republican National Committee and the
Alabama Republican Executive Committee
•   Do good works within our community and
assist those who are less fortunate through acts
of charity and kindness
